A great success of UN Youth Volunteer Workshops in Nairobi, Istanbul, Bogotá and Bangkok! In October (Nairobi & Istanbul) and November (Bogotá & Bangkok), UNV hosted different onsite workshops where groups of 40 to 80 UN Youth Volunteers from diverse corners of the globe had the chance to learn, engage, connect, and exchange with fellow Volunteers to: - Understand their key role in achieving the Agenda 2030 Goals.
- Develop critical skills for their contribution throughout their UNV assignments such as cultural diversity, communication and conflict management.
- Cultivate their responsibility and leadership skills to become agents of change.
- Foster the exchange of best practices and strengthen the community of UN Youth Volunteers across UN organizations.

Online CDLFs Jordan, Yemen, Turkiye Three UNV Field Units made very strategic use of the Capacity Development Learning Facility (CDLF) to support the UN Volunteers in their countries in enhancing their Career Development skills. Between 40 to 60 participants in each of the virtual workshops in Jordan, Yemen, and 23 in Türkiye learned how to align their careers with their values and strengths, how to write a convincing application cover letter and CV, and how to best prepare for a competency-based interview.
