UN Youth Volunteer Workshops in Uganda & Vietnam UNV kicked off 2024 with workshops for UN Youth Volunteers in Entebbe, Uganda, and Hue, Vietnam, where 78 volunteers from across Africa and Asia came together to learn, connect, and grow. This workshop provided essential learning on leadership, inter-cultural communication, community engagement and conflict resolution - skills that enhance their current roles and prepare them for future success. As one volunteer shared, "The workshop enhanced my understanding of volunteers' role, conflict management, and the experiences and best practices from fellow UNVs—insights I'm eager to apply!" |
